Rates include your cruise and port charges. Government taxes are additional at $48.21 per person. Rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to change, and are based on availability. Taxes are subject to change. The cruise line reserves the right to implement a fuel surcharge if the cost of fuel increases.
Scrapbookers add $162 for the Participant Fee. Non-Scrapooking friends and family members will not have to pay the conference fee.
Deposit per person: $100
Final payments will be due by
August 27, 2010. Persons wishing to pay off their balance ahead of time are welcome to do so.
Cancellation Policy:
If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase. Should this booking be canceled after initial deposit, said cancellation is subject to an administrative fee of $35 per person. In addition, you are subject to cruise line cancellation fees as outlined in their brochure.
Optional travel insurance is available (Details on Travel Guard travel Insurance: Document of Coverage).

Dining:
Unless otherwise requested, everyone will be in First Seating Dining. If you request Second Seating Dining, you may miss some of the scrapbooking activities after dinner.
Passports:
Passports are recommended for this cruise. If you do not have one or yours is expired, please visit travel.state.gov for information on how to apply/renew. You can travel with a certified birth certificate plus a government issued photo ID. However, if you miss the ship while in the Bahamas, you cannot fly back to the U.S. without a Passport. For this reason, Cruise & Crop/CruiseOne recommends traveling with a passport!
