Book NCL’s Airfare

Norwegian Cruise Line offers Free Airfare for the 2nd Guest! This is a great deal. But there are a few things you need to be aware of:

  1. You will not have any say in the routing, airline or timing of your flights. This could mean have 1 or 2 stops to get to/from your destination.
  2. You could end up with a red-eye flight.
  3. Flight schedules will be sent around 45 days prior to sailing (sometimes closer to sailing).
  4. Once your schedule is assigned, it cannot be changed.
  5. Airfare is non-refundable and non-transferrable after final payment.
  6. We cannot make name corrections after final payment. Please be sure your name is exactly correct on your Dream Vacations invoice as this is the name we've provided to NCL. Please also create an account with NCL and verify your name is correct on your App/Account.

To book NCL's airfare, please contact Cruise & Crop.

8/11/25 Letter from your host:

Hello everyone,

We are a little over 6 weeks to our amazing trip to Hawaii to celebrate 20 years with Cotton Road Tours, LLC.  That number amazes me and makes me smile at the same time.  I look at the list of guests that are joining us and I really can't think of a better bunch to be celebrating with.  We'll be thinking of a few that can't be with us for sure - but for those that are on another of Chery'l crazy adventures   HERE WE GO!!!!!!

I'm going to try to remember everything but you know as soon as I hit the SEND button I'll remember something else.  Also, if you see something I missed, let me know so I can keep everyone in the loop.

1.  Our hotel in Honolulu is Holiday Inn Express, 2058 Kuhio Ave, Honolulu, HI  808-947-2828
2.  The bus company we'll be using in Honolulu is Hawaii Tours.  They will be doing our airport transfers on Thursday.    I will send another email next week with more detailed info on the pick up location and time.  Karl and I will be at the airport to meet you (that should be interesting to see if we can get between terminals correctly!!) and we'll get you to the pick up spot.
3.   Our Pearl Harbour tour on Friday morning will depart the hotel at 8 am.  We should be done in the early afternoon so you'll have the afternoon and evening free to enjoy the beach, have a nice dinner or go on an amazing sunset dinner cruise.   Can't wait to hear what you do with this time.
4.  Saturday 09/27    The bus will be picking us up at the hotel at 10 am for our transfer to the pier.  Per the info from Cruise & Crop, please request an 11 am boarding time when you register for the cruise.  If you haven't registered before for a cruise, feel free to call me and I'll walk you through it.  I believe there is an option with the cruise to book a tour that day before we depart, please see excursion info on the website or reach out to Cruise & Crop.
5.  For those taking the sea glass tree class, we will be meeting on Day 2 at 8 am and Day 6 at 8 am.  We will let you know the lounge when we have the exact info.  These times/day are both in ports that we will be staying overnight so we aren't taking too much time from your day.  If you didn't sign up but want to join us, please let us know ASAP so we can be sure to include a kit for you.
6.  We will be attending the Smith Family Luau on Thursday night (10/02) on the island of Kauai and the bus will be departing the pier at 4:30 pm.  Pick up location TBD.
7.  Transfers from the pier to the airport on Saturday morning (10/4) will leave the pier at 9am and we'll make arrangements with the cruise to be sure you have the correct luggage tags.
*** Hawaii Tours is putting together an optional island tour for Saturday if you are interested.   This is an additional charge and optional but many of us have pretty late departure times so why not - right?  As soon as I have the info, I'll send it to everyone
8.  We are creating a Facebook page for the group, it should be available tomorrow 08/12.  CottonRoadToursHawaii2025.  Maybe some of you are traveling to the same airport and can carpool??? Ask questions, give tips and suggestions and maybe share which excursions you're going on.

That's all for now but I know I'll have more updates.   I'm headed out on another tour this week so I'll check in with you guys during the week.  Drop me a line if you have questions, or think of things I need to cover.

Until then, Aloha!!

8/21/25 Letter from your host:

Hello everyone!

We're getting closer!!

I wanted to follow up on a few things and give you an option that was presented by our bus company for our last day in Honolulu.

- For those of you that booked flights independently of the package, we have your info and you will be included in the airport transfers.   Most of the guests will be arriving around 1:30ish in the afternoon of the 25th and we have bus transportation arranged from the airport to the hotel. The exact location of the pickup will be communicated closer to flight time.
- We've found a great dinner cruise on Friday night (26th) that includes a wonderful buffet dinner and the Waikiki fireworks - we can get a 10% discount for a group of 10 or more and they will pick up/drop off at the hotel for $20/person.   If you are interested, we'll need to know by Aug 29th.  This is an additional option and will be paid individually but needs to be done as a group so if you call the company directly, you may not get the discount.  We'll get the info to those that are interested.    https://starofhonolulu.com/
-  I didn't forget about the Facebook page, I was just on a 8 day tour and I'll work on it this weekend and get it out to everyone. Sorry for the delay.
-  Our bus transfer from the ship to the airport on the last day will be at 8:30 am.  That makes for a long day of sitting at the airport for many of us.  So we talked to the bus company and he put together a nice day tour for us. Again, we'll need to know if you are interested by Aug 29th so we can complete this reservation.  This is an additional option and will be paid individually and we'll have the specifics on that for those interested.
