Crafters add $200 for the Participant Fee. Non-crafting roommates do not have to pay this fee. In order to participate in this conference, you MUST book through Cruise & Crop. If you book direct or with another agent, you are not eligible to be part of the Cropping on the River cruise. A $50 non-refundable participant fee deposit is due at the time of booking. This means the balance of your participant fee ($150) will be due with your final payment.

Rates are good until July 30, 2026 (or while inventory lasts). After this date, rates are subject to change. Final payments will be due by August 15, 2027. Persons wishing to pay off their balance ahead of time are welcome to do so.
Tipping Guidelines
Ship-board gratuities can be pre-paid for $245 pp. This covers your ship crew, Cruise Manager and local guides/drivers.

The cruise line offers open dining. You'll be able to sit with different guests each night. You'll also get to enjoy at least 1-night at Chef's Table (You can make reservations once onboard).
Passports Passports are REQUIRED. If you do not have one or yours is expired, please visit travel.state.gov for information on how to apply/renew. Your passport should be valid 6 months after the conclusion of your trip.
VISAs A European visa may be required. Details of how to apply will be provided closer to sailing.

Cancellation Policy
If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase. Should this booking be canceled after initial deposit, said cancellation is subject to an administrative fee of $35 per person. In addition, you are subject to cruise line cancellation fees as outlined in their brochure.

The initial $50 per crafter participation fee deposit that is due with your trip deposit is immediately non-refundable. The full participation fee is non-refundable after the group's final payment date.
