Crafters add $200 for the Participant Fee. Non-crafting roommates do not have to pay this fee. In order to participate in this conference, you MUST book through Cruise & Crop. If you book direct or with another agent, you are not eligible to be part of the Scrap-Circle cruise. A $50 non-refundable participant fee deposit is due at the time of booking. This means the balance of your participant fee ($150) will be due with your final payment.

Rates are good through April 5, 2023 (or while inventory lasts). After this date, rates are subject to change. Final payments will be due by
April 26, 2023. Persons wishing to pay off their balance ahead of time are welcome to do so.

There are three dining times on a cruise ship: Early, Late or My Time dining. The Group leader has chosen My Time dining for the group. If you wish to choose a different dining time, please keep in mind that you might miss out on some of the scheduled crafting activities.
Explanation of dining times:
Early dining is at 5:15 PM - assigned seating with the same waiter each night.
Late Dining is at 8:00 PM - assigned seating with the same waiter each night.
My Time Dining - eat anytime between about 5:45 PM - 9:00 PM. You will have different table mates and a different waiter each night. You can make reservations both prior to the cruise and on the cruise. **Preferred for this Group**
Passports US Citizens Passports are required. If you do not have one or yours is expired, please visit travel.state.gov for information on how to apply/renew. Your passport should be valid 6 months after the conclusion of your trip.
Non-US Citizens If you are not a US Citizen, then you are REQUIRED to have a passport.Your passport should be valid 6 months after the conclusion of your trip.

Cancellation Policy
If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase. Should this booking be canceled after initial deposit, said cancellation is subject to an administrative fee of $35 per person. Prior to final payment, your refund will be fully deposited minus the administration fee. In addition, you are subject to cruise line cancellation fees as outlined in their brochure if you cancel after final payment.

Cruise & Crop Cancellation Policy
The initial $50 per crafter participation fee deposit that is due with your trip deposit is immediately non-refundable. The full participation fee is non-refundable after the group's final payment date.
